A licensed Associate Insurance Agent, Traci is responsible for the overall administration of Tom's Insurance Practice. This includes coordinating all insurance application underwriting requirements and handling ongoing client services for all Life, Disability, and Long Term Care Insurance contracts. Traci also manages Tom's scheduling and appointments.

Patti handles all of the investment related administrative services. She is responsible for processing the transactions for Tom's clients' Investment accounts, Retirement and Pension accounts, and College Education Savings plans. She is als the primary contact person for Tom's Investment clients.
